Togetherness

The tri-color happened to be seen longer waving around the city and across news channels, more dignified than ever, post this independence day. Such positive vibration the current atmosphere has created in me that I had to out this post here. Thanks to the more observant mind post SK phenomenon that this time I was amused by the reasons to the grand successful revolution the country is seeing and the mind availed me.

As I was travelling home amidst the busy roads of Hyderabad, got to catch the mind which I could see had settled down, just by following closely the news on Anna & anti-corruption law through the day. There I was left wondering with some questions and while I was answering them, mind interestingly lead me to figure out the spiritual connect of this movement with people. How recursive the mind is!! Or to say single, united & connecting to the center all the time.

Are people catching up the wave of the cause?

Of course I feel. The vibes & enthusiasm of people who ever felt “So Hum” have amazingly made others realize “So What” even before they know “So Hum”. This is not a celebration of a family, a festival, of India as a country, but of the people power. Everyone is realizing his own potential of making a difference and nobody would likely want to be left out as is being said, in the another freedom struggle. So, this cause is of a high magnitude and thus, making a high wave. Adding oil to the fire & igniting so many minds is the inability of our politicians to have put up a good report card ever. With the kind of values a lower middle class or middle class man always had, he has increasingly been in a fix when leaving his morality to choose a better standard of living. This burden has been great on the minds of these people and others who hold the same thought. Corruption, poverty are the biggest itch in these hearts which have evolved over years. The villains being none else than the people in power. While the Indian youth has learned to live in this irrational, impartial atmosphere & become increasingly patient, Sibal & Tiwari showed there level of patience too. With someone like the image & resolve of Anna standing up for the cause, people find great hope. Highly spirited & highly spiritual is what I personally find his personality is.

How come so large numbers turned up on streets? Everyone?

Occasions of being “together” have become quite scarce in the lifestyle today. And some rare occasions of togetherness are somewhat traditional, prescribed or forceful, turning it queasy for the large part of generation. The festivals & cricket matches seemingly so repetitive and expected, the scandals, calamities so often & the television shows, celeb news already an overdose. Not so true may be, but the comparison of jest and fervor of these celebrations with the one this anti-corruption movement has created made it appear so to me. This “togetherness” is different to that compared with when people unite in helplessness & grief, or in celebration & happiness. It is participative and making each of us believe we can do it. So, I guess, its extending to even more people. Everyone wants to make that difference. This feeling of “togetherness” helped me understand better the reason why there was a larger impact of group sadhna & group meditation. Being “together” lifts one and everyone highly up, more so when the results are showing good.

The nerve of the cause remains one and only- “ Satyam, Param, Dhimahi “. Indeed a revolution it is. The spirits of people seem to have awakened. The much needed spiritual revolution? Is it?

With the Valentine's day vibes in the air, expression came out of me in the form of these lines...Thought to scribble here. By the way, wishing all of you a wonderful Valentine's day....express and love more..God bless..JGD !!

The way you are, is my biggest gift,

That you’re mine is the biggest drift…

Today is the day I have heaps of thoughts,

Opening the galore of love, I have got…

Those Endless talks and Sleepless nights,

Shivering emotional fantasy-full flights…

Taking every chance, not missing a look,

Feeling each beat, no plans to unhook…

Only with time your magic unveiled,

I thought I knew, but you unrevealed…

I cry, shout and be the kid that’s me,

You love, stay by and help me free…

Your casual ways with lots underlying,

You’ve made your eyes see dreams which are mine…

Doing all that what you never have done,

Getting up early mornings or tying the apron...

Say it or not, you’ve cared like none,

Your every possible limit is undone…

You lit the fire in the silent me,

To seek, dress and be all that I can be…

I chose to fall in love with you,

You made it a rise, which I could never view…

Inch by inch those expressions of yours,

Made me yours and only yours…

With a sparkling tear and a curve rising,

I could feel the magic of together-being…

The thought of you keeps me uplift,

That life is with you, there’s no more a rift…

The way you are, is my biggest gift,

That you’re mine is the biggest drift…

The way you aose Endless talks and Sleepless nights,

Bhanujaonal fantasy-ful

sprout..

sprout’s life till ever I wish

the twinkle, the beauty, the hope all there..

the soul seen through in all its bliss

water, light and air to care..

time is what that one can’t hold

dreams are many but can’t be sold,

its free, its must, its life to grow

the earth is there for a lot more

with care I swelled to face the winds

those nasty storms and scorching suns,

the light that was a pretty sunlight

now turned out a flash too bright

but always came a drop of rain

the rainbow smiled to calm the brain

silence came, words all to drain

and a vision to be a sprout again

emotions minds everything I play

experience is a story that all say,

the flashes keep that boredom away

the storms for the challenge to stay

the twinkle, the beauty, the hope all came,

what was a dream, is life again..

My wedding...

With a committment to share my life and care my beloved's, I have decided to step into a new phase of life. I will be getting married to Sachin on 27th Nov, 2010. I remember that once in Rishikesh, I asked this question to Swami Pragyapad g about how to be committed in life, and now its the time that I actually walk it.

Me and Sachin :)

Life is over interesting these days. As if a flood of emotions is crossing through the mind, as if the future is trapping my mind, while I am still firm to the ground, still quite managing the present ;) And he is so smart to pop in when the ground seems just about to shake. Yea, a few days back, when some negativity was overhwleming my mind, Sri Sri was in town ( yeah, just for me). I got a chance to have an eye contact with the magician and be a part of the unfathomable magic that was to come next. I have been in some other planet since then, as if something deep down this heart was tocuhed gently and held firmly. Btw, it was yet another drive of running after him, but this time he was in our zone ( of course just literally ). This time the running was only physical, the mind was one-focussed. I had a dream of inviting Guru g to my wedding ceremony, awwwww !!!! No words. That was just a perfect moment. I was just loooking upto him and he was nodding all the time. Even a brutttle memory of this kodak moment can cheer me up for a long long time.
..
..
Anyhow, for all my single friends, I would love to script four advantages of getting marraige. Just for you folks !!

Knowledge: Surrender, Committment, Belongingness, Love, Devotion are no more just words, but a deeper experience. Marriage helps you to come out of self-centeredness.
Shopping: You are allowed to purchase anything and everyday. You are allowed to be too busy in this. Don't worry about budget, coz your partner loves you and the out of budget things are on him/her ;)..I hope Sachin is not reading.
Pampering: You are the king/queen for people around you. The show stopper of the show. A feel to have for sure once a life.
Feelings: You are flying in love, in air. You will not have any free time, hence, no boredom. You don't have to take decisions alone, now you have with you someone whom you trust the most and can share everything. There is a warmth, contentment & depth in life.
..
..

...that is my self made wedding invite :)

Yet another time, and still quest for more. Had a thrilling 5 days at the Bangalore ashram this June. This time of the year all kinds of emotions, feelings, sensations belch out. And this time it was even more.

Approaching the Kanakpura road, the ashram, was as inciting as it was when I visited it the first time. It still seemed as if it was the way to heaven. Those smiling faces, those judgment free minds, those ready-to-comfort you eyes are a perfect way to welcome someone to a dreamland. So full of love is everything that one instantly becomes one of them. Coming back to your nature becomes easy. I don’t understand how my heart allows me to come back from there.

I got my housing card made and quickened to the yagnshala for Guru darshan. The voice so cloying and the vibes so strong, that I realized the discourse is going in Kannada only after a few minutes, and also that I was sitting just next to B&D. Immediately after the satsang I had a close darshan of Guru g just outside the satsang arena. My day was already more than made. Met the Chandigarh Yes plus gang sooner and was lucky enough to have a much needed long kriya break in the BadriVaishala, was good enough to connect me more to that beautiful present and make it look even more fulfilling. The gang grew bigger and interesting with new people catching up every here and there in the ashram- the vivacious Ankita (ankiteshwari), the cheerful Meenaaaksi, the ever elegant Vinayshree, the cutie Shreshta, the newly weds, Amitesh bhaiya and Tanu di were all around. Slept off with a contended breathe just to wake up eagerly to the early morning chants of Rudra Abhishek with Gurudev.

Annapurna was a big dorm and I had an interesting neighborhood to my bed- a girl from Kolkota, working with Accenture in Bangalore who was flashing a broad smile throughout. She was my partner for the next day Saadhna in VM. A one and half hours long Rudra pooja seemed to last for only 5 minutes- so powerfully it took us all present there into its magnanimity. Where the day starts like that, you have nothing more left to desire from the day that remains. But a lot more was awaiting. It was Vinay’s birthday, his devotion in its full capacity and he made us stand the entire noon in front of the Ganga Kutir path to wait for Guru g’s arrival. The devotion was so loud that it was impossible for Guru g to disappoint him. Soon Sri Sri followed and gifted him a red rose, the most befitting birthday gift he could have asked for. All those hungry souls were soon invited inside the VM to attend another 1 hour journey with the almighty himself. A soothing 50 minute meditation bound us more to ourselves, making us more free birds, stretching the length of those smiles even more. Mehak joined me that evening in the ashram and in true sense was a soulful mate for the rest of the stay. We utilized our chance to be allowed to communicate that evening with a long chat session, deserving enough pre-silence ;) So fulfilling and contended can exchange of words make you feel sometimes. It is interesting to see how you always want an assurance of certain things and that is what a true mate does- at the end, I believe, both of us could discriminate better and faster.

With 900 people meditating together, you feel altogether on a different planet indeed. The next four days were into the course, into that oneness, into that love. And as Gurudev said in one of the talks, being in love is not sufficient. You want to continue it forever, for lifetime, till your last breathe. That love with everything around is what is special and binds one, yet making you feel so free…!

Some things stay a little more and so will this sojourn.

PS: Wrote this 2 months back. Just posted now.

PPS: To Vinay, Lots more to come. Stay tuned :p

PPPS: Congrats to our lovely Amitesh bhaiya and Tanu di..I got hold of a beautiful pic of them..Have a look !

Lot of love

Jai Gurudev !

Bhanu

There was a corner never touched,
this heart did not ever mellt...

no clues, no blues,
no more a haze,
crazE?

broken leaves, lonely waters,
nothing but a play,
no dismay..

time crawls, beat skips, nerves freeze,
what it is,
bliss?

he came, he saw, he conquered,
only him, only him,
whim?

There was a corner never touched,
this heart did not ever melt..

1. You are driving to office, thinking about how late you already are, how badly the boss will insult you at the right time, what if he gives you a bad grading just because of this, how wonderful the day could be if he is on leave or late just like you, how you are going to manage the time from the next morning so as not to be late in future..and hoping the next lights are not again red !! You are the next prospect Mullah Naseerudin.

2. You are overeating and simultaneously, thinking of stopping to eat as it may lead to overeating. You are sleeping at 7:00 am afer the clock alarmed you at 5:30 am and you thought, exactly at 5:32 am, that its a must to get-up for jog and no point wasting time sleeping excessively. You are speaking and speaking and speaking and simultaneously, yes, thinking of also listening a little. You are counselling a friend to ged rid of his laziness, be aware, telling him that when nothing works, silence does, telling him about the advantages of the seva, saadhna and satsang. And you act a copy of your friend, otherwise.

3. You are aware of your possibilities at any point of time. And yet, there is more than you think is your 100 percent of that moment. There is some portions of you still divided, diverted. You come to an advanced course having sudden realizations of some of those moments. You can then see that otherwise unseen ting of ego, lethargy, craving, misery and what not even in those moments.

The first point talks about the mind being in the past or future- forget about it uniting with your actions in the present moment. Duality? huh?

The second point, thoughts and actions will unite, I believe, only and only with the regular practice of 3S's, keenly and playfully.

The third point is a good symptom of you being on the path of being in the present moment. Continue.

Anyways, there is another phenominon which happens. You are tired of eating. You are bored of watching. You are tired of speaking. You are tired of craving, yet you crave. You don't want any desires coming up, yet you are full of them. You are tired of this mind, yet it doesn't stops.

From the maya of duality how do I pluck the cleaveless truth of unity :o

Can't I be me?

Just and all? Only.

Ps: Thanks to the wonderful Advanced course we had at Solan this Independance Day.
PSA: Two words have been copy pasted as it is from "Rendezvous with Rashmin"

Navratri 2009

I remember my sankalpa at last year Navratri festival in Ashram, which was to come back for next Navratri. I realized it happen only when I entered the Art of Living International Ashram for Navratri 2009 and was welcomed into the Ashram by Dinesh da himself. He said, "so you have come!!!! Take your accommodation and come back in the evening for Satsang."

Navratri was fresh and fulsome, making me boast of having experienced the larger than life stuff for the first time again. Guru g was so differently mesmerizing and yet with that resembling serenity and smile. It is the best time of the year when you get to spend so much time with him and listen to him through that silence. You understand why religion has its importance. You know that why your mom used to make your visit to the temple so compulsory. Performing rituals is perfect when done with devotion. It is a method to show devotion and also, to increase it.

Meenakshi made a perfect debut in my life. She is one of her type- my companion for Navratri Puja’s this year. She was not a VIP, but yes, self-designated (!) and I had the privilege to enjoy those benefits in her company. "The Secret" very rightly talks about the law of attraction- the kind of thoughts you entertain more, the similar starts happening to you. There was only one thing on her mind- to be as near to Guru g in person which included sitting in the front row and following his car closely. It really did not matter if we entered early or late inside the yagnashala. We were always in the front row. If early, we gave credit it to our commitment, skill and in case late, it was Guru grace and will. And when the later made a hustle bustle around, everyone was made to understand these reasons. As a result, we were partner in the “goal bliss, push rest” crime :D I am one kind of a person who would relish Guru g even from a distance. My mind didn't ever gave me a chance to think of these other possibilities. Thanks to Meenakshi, I got a direct experience. Being in the first row, watching the Puja's so closely was so ecstatic and made it a better happening.

This time, we got accommodation in Chattravas, 2-3 minutes to the Sumeru Mantap, and neighbouring to the Shakti Kutir. And unlike when in Khodays, we could now reach the Yagnshala well before time and leave as late as possible (listening to those late night Guru stories ). Not forgetting to mention the fun in Dormitory where all the 50 ladies added more to the fun and devotion. I must say, aunties are aunties. There is only one type and Ekta Kapoor rightly shows that :D We also tried hands at Dandiya, which is a very different and not so easy dance form. Also, we did some interesting Natya Yoga. It re-kindled the creativity within. I re-realized what I am missing in life. I wanted to be innocent immediately. I wanted to go back, learn classical music, guitar and also do a Sri Sri Yoga TTC. All this excitement and life in me was coz of the teacher, Ganga g's last day performance! Artists are so much more closer to life and living it so clearly with there hearts. Indeed.

The more you know, you come to know that "you do not know"
The more you know that "you do not know", the more you come to know !

PS: I was to club 3-4 posts to 1. But writing about Navratri brought my emotions out. So the rest in next posts. I will try to be emotional in them and make them big :D
PS: To the fans of my blog :D, sorry for delay

Little does one know of the mind’s perplexity and its awful genius, when clubbed with that playfulness ! It is when you’ve just attended the blissful Navratri Puja’s with the maestro himself and followed it up with an advanced course in quick succession; when you look astounded at any worry, pain and suffering that exists; when u have established yourself deeply in the troth that life is love, life is joy, life is enthusiasm. It is when love keeps flowing in the air.

Just until your vision begins to get blurred; just until your mind plays its usual role; just until you begin to be caught in the trap. When Lobh, Moh, Maya and other villains, which had ceased to exist, appear out of nowhere. The mind acts as a magnet to them. They have again started alluring your mind. You becoming aware, put your efforts to love it, to accept it all as it is, managing to understand how opposite values can be complementary, not resisting that it may persist. You read knowledge and it is just a read. Such is the dauntless mind that it so effortlessly makes you land in doubt. It retaliates like anything when you want to rest it down. It wants to prove its being. ‘Letting go’ is not a statement it understands in one go. It needs an egoistic satiation of being the giver of all pleasures, of being the penultimate. It boosts you to be a football of all those rogued opinions. The bunch of calmness that you were surrounded with suddenly seems to be getting lost. Life behaves a parable and you are not ready to move an inch until you solve it. The vicious circle of the mind just awaits to catch you in its ambush. Conclusions don’t come to you easy. You are confused about your aberrant ways. You do what you term as wrong; you speak what you term as ill; you lay back when it’s the time to act. What’s happening?

.....
.....
And then, what counts is not just what ‘you’ made when the sun shined, but how long can ‘you’ not let this sun set. You? Nyways, not. It’s about moving from ‘abhaav’ and ‘prabhaav’ to your ‘swabhaav’.

Everything was changing, the non-changing me could suddenly start noticing. And this too was supposed to change. ‘Impermanence was the only permanent’ was now an experience.

‘Grace’ is the apt word that fits. Explanations to it will definitely curtail how it comes to you and then how it works. It is an experience. Stories, words may give you a reference, but then I’m not sure will they be giving you to the correct feel of it. Some say it’s luck, some boast it as their own will power and yet there are others who wonder: What’s happening? Yes, you wonder!

And when you take a glance back, you realize you have grown up! The Guru had arrived.

Jee apna bhola bhala hai…Ye ishq bada matwala hai…
Kya kahein ab aur aagey...Ab kaun samajhane waala hai !

Loads of Love

The Ashtavakra Gita is a great Indian Scripture and referred to as the highest knowledge by Guru g. Fortunate enough my journey has been in the Art of Living that in less than a year of my joining the family, I have been graced with the supreme knowledge. How my life was almost a year back would be a different story altogether. But how a part of this year- the last few days, when I got a chance to hear Ashtavakra, brought a transformation in me, is what I will put in this post.

The whole process of listening to the CDs, spread over some 25 days, was magnanimous..or to better put it..so enlightening. As I heard to each verse, something was dropping in me simultaneously, something whose even existence I had never felt off, which was..I don’t know where in me.. But then, I was getting rid of it. And there was a huge sigh of relief every moment I realized it. There was this memory of the past stupid notions about things and then immediately dropping them, as Guru g’s words were touching me. When there was a desire to be an actor of Guru g’s words, the realization of already being one suddenly boomed up. Further, as the days passed, I still remember, when I wished to hold those moments of knowledge forever, how delicately Guru g would talk about being in the present moment. His words had an instant effect that time. There was no dearth of grace, there never is, and now I could realize.

Every time, the “Aho Niranjan” he spoke, would create a vibration in my heart. I was in love. And what a love! Moreover, what a scope of this love! Yea, it was the dawn of better days. Everything did appeared beautiful, so different since then. Every moment was bright, no mood swings- only one mood! But even special was that I could clearly, more closely relate to Guru g. There was a smaller distance now visible to me between me and the people around me. I was behaving like being a part of people around me those days. I could clearly see, the more I can expand into this love, the more I can merge into everything. So deeply was this love imbibed into the moments of my life that neither the question of the purpose of creation nor the storm of emotions could shake my this state.

Such strongly has the content been expressed and versed by Guru g, I really cannot put the feeling into words, of “how it feels after having this divine bath” ! Not really a good idea to write a post and then put it onto your blog. I mean, yea, I did not do a justice, perhaps.

My suggestion - a must see for you :)

Jai Gurudeva,
Lots of Love,
Bhanu

Let me..

When people are short of words, they become poets... that is just how I think, no need to be serious. But I am, and here are few lines I penned down..

For a day let me be a child

that I can live in the present always..

For a day let me be the tranquil breeze

that I can gift a gentle smile my own way..

For a day let me be the sky so vast

that I can fulfill what all you pray..

For a day let me be the sea shore

that I be the witness to creation's best each day..

For a day let me be the God's wish

that I be one with whatever you say..

For a day let me be the gleaming moonlight

that my radiance can flourish away..

For a day let me be the ocean wave

that I don't resist to find my own way..

For a day let me celebrate life

that I become one with my SELF..

I already had its review done from Ashu - The Cruel Critic! So now, only praises are welcomed and be4 doing so, please remember...its my FIRST poem ever. OK?

Loads of love,
Bhanu

The topic of this post is the crux of what led to a half-left discussion with my friends. I was having lunch with them when a sudden intellectualization of their thoughts began to come out in words. Just putting forward this parable as QnA, thereby, completing that discussion ;) and that would be one of the reasons how my love for this blog nurtured surreptitiously :)

PS: There are two answers to each ques. The first one was my instant reaction in words and the second one, perhaps was going at the back of my mind!

Q: How can you justify every teaching of your Guru?
A1: I dont judge it as right or wrong! Right or wrong is nothing but an allegory of the mind and may vary from person to person.
A2: To whom to justify, to me or to you? If its to me, it becomes easy coz my mind never asks for one. It is one level, up or below, whatever you take it as! It digests all, what is positive of discrimination. If its to you, it becomes easier even. There are two ways. Either accept me as I am, but that would be hard for you bcoz you need to judge and intellectualize that. So the only left option is repeat the YES!+ to intertwine your innocence and this time do some more warms ups so that you shall be able to take it complete and not leave it in between !!

Q: You are being a diplomat ! Don't you need to judge what is good or bad?
A1: How does rigidity of thoughts help? Hard bounding everything is nothing but a sign of limited conciousness of your years on earth.
A2: Being a diplomat is gud, no? (dictionary meaning: a person who is tactful and skillful in managing delicate situations..lol). Perfect judgement, either u accept it or not, will corroborate only in case you are God. When there is doubt, only then the stage of judgement comes and then the categorization to good or bad. And when you know, u do !! You can always put it safely as 'good for you' or 'bad for you' coz that is when you are limited to your definitions.

Q: We always put things as good or bad and then accept. We dont even listen to our parents in one go. You cant keep accepting blindly whatever he says ?(oh, i dint even reached the level of sanity of this one)
A1: I do listen and consider my parents words in one go. No more negativity please ( I m on diet. No heavy things@lunch) ! Lets go.
A2: Isn't love blind? It is. lol.

Q: How can you classify positivity and negativity? You said there is no good or bad.
A1: There is a difference between positive-negative and good-bad.
A2: Did your ever hear your medical reports saying you are good or bad, its always positive or negative! Sounds weird logic? Best remedy is dont go by logic.

Q: What is the difference between good-bad and positive-negative?
A1: Good Bad relates to when you are rigid in categorizing them according to your optimum level of intellect. While, Positive Negative is not at the level of judgement, but at the level of energy, vibes, intuition.
A2: Good question finally. Postive and negative are more born out of emotions and emotion is Energy-in-Motion. It is a way of expressing oneself in life. It is the quality of how one relates to life. It should more be understood as a description of the main action. Judging and putting it either as "good" or "bad" isn't very helpful. Doubt is what opposes confidence. Once you eliminate the negative, you will see that the positive has already happened and that is how you tackle your emotions !

PS: Not forgetting to mention, I love them both though ! (This clarification go's only for people exceptionally bad at discerning things )
PPS: Do comment, it encourages me to write more :)

Lots of Love,
Bhanuja

The world war III, if so, would be after water. That water would ever be sold, was out of question a decade ago. You could quench your thirst with much ease in those earlier days. Its no far that the earth would be in such dearth of water that there will be survival of only the fittest.

We need to take responsibility asap. I always had a notion that how would my planting one tree make a different to the earth's resources. Until I did my first DSN course, hardly did I ever realize how supportive people are when once you are in hegemony of doing something good. I still remember the fruit wala in Kishangarh taking ownership of the sapling we planted near his rehdi. He said," I will take care of this." We planted almost 200 trees as a part of our seva project in DSN and would again be gathering on 31st to own some more saplings and get attached to their lives till they grow independent.

And still 'dialectically' what I found:

If not Earth, where?
If not Now, when?
If not You, who?

Think global, Act Green :)

Guru g always makes it easy :) By Mission Green Earth, what a beautiful platform he has provided to serve our motherland! Mission Green Earth is a global programme to fight global warming with a target of 10 crore tree plantation. How to deal with our emotions? Big problem! Although we have grown older - beyond the ‘teenage’, we more often fail to grow beyond ‘teenage’ mentally. You know, our body grows in a particular sequence. In the first seven years, the physical body grows but the intellect does not grow; then up to fourteen years, the intellect grows. The period from 14 to 21 years is for emotional maturity. So the general belief is that you become physically mature, then intellectually mature and finally, you become emotionally mature.

However, many do not grow to that maturity at all. Lack of emotional maturity is always worrying about your emotions - feeling as though you are a victim of your own emotions: “Oh! I feel like this! I feel like that! What to do?” What will you do? Who cares about your feelings? Why do you worry so much about your feelings? Your feelings keep changing. Sometimes you feel bad; but the bad feeling doesn’t stay with you forever. It changes and you start feeling good once again; but even that ‘good’ feeling does not stay forever. Nobody can feel bad or good ALL the time; the good and bad feelings come like waves. You can’t stop a wave that has already arisen; nor can you make a wave rise just like that. Just as waves come and go, clouds come and go, so also emotions come and go. Waves of different emotion come. And they disappear. But we make it such a big issue: “Oh, I feel good! Oh, I feel bad! I feel this way, I feel that way, nobody cares for me…” - all these complaints keep bombarding our minds. This emotional garbage is so useless; and it is also a sign of emotional immaturity.

Jai Gurudeva :)

Chak de fatte...

Yes!! That was how the youth of 6th Aug batch of Yes Plus was! Kudos to their effortless happiness and undeterred childishness :) The fluctuations of hallelujah and silence in the hall kept phenominally ecstatic and austere ambience throughout the course. The hall was blooming with the charming eyes of blithful spirits. It was all together a different level of energy, with Ramneek bhaiya in the full flow!
The last day of the course, and people did not want to leave the hall. I can remember people sharing their experiences with bubbling joy. "I was in a marriage and I danced like I have never danced before. My friend asked me 'kehdi peeti aa'?", remarked a boy and vowed not to consume alcohal the rest of his life. Another pretty doll was all excited when she told that she can be with this knowledge for all the rest of her life. People also shared how they feel like a miracle has happened when they have shed their negativities in the meagre span of 7 days of their life! I still visualize the glitter of those innocent eyes when they shared their belongingness to each other in the last moments of the course!! It is really amazing to experience heaven on earth when you such a play of love!

The infy junta at the course was elated, much as others, to have learnt the "Art of Living" ! I saw Sarv smiling with full enthu which had never happened before. The feeling of togetherness was so visible in them. Vikas seemed to have touched a high of his life :) In Vaibhav I could see a sense of satiation. Neema was already dancing in joy! Laveen got her form back, and big way this time :) We missed Sabharwal though ;) Saurabh was all the time sighing to have a camera click with bhaiya, and finally I got him the success with my Nokia N 73. Here are the cheerful infy smiles for you......

It was already 10:30 when we were dancing outside in rain with Ramneek Bhaiya. Munish showered the litters again for the last time before bhaiya left for university. We dropped Vibhore and Rohit to the hostel and set out to find a food venture in Chandigarh at 11:30 in the night. To our perfect delight, we were to taste those yummy paranthas that the food ventures of the entire city were closed and we landed up at ISBT, Sector-17. Saurabh brought a great sense of relief to the hungry souls by enlightening us about the fame these paranthas had in taste. Earlier in the day, me and Saurabh were both missing to have catched up with Rohit. But ah! We got a pleasant surprise when we met Rohit at the bus stand. We all had our tummy-full dinner and Gaurav's tummy satiated with 3 paranthas! Making it clear before hand though, it was no induction.

All in all an eventful day ! Also, an amazing completion of two years of Yes Plus in Chandigarh :)

The only good is knowledge and the only evil is ignorance :)

YES!+ Chandigarh begins today with Ramneek Bhaiya. Some more lucky Chandigarh youth is ready to drench in knowledge. The energy wrapped days are back again!! The masti, khapp, raulla is back with a bang to enhance the inner silence...

I attended my first Youth Empowerment and Skills workshop 2 months back, thx to Amitesh bhaiya and Tanu di. It changed my outlook to life and turned me inwards. I could better handle my emotions and stabilize my mind. I came close to myself. I could observe things more keenly and with clarity. The discrimination became easy and the goal became clear :) I arose more confident and came out of the course bubbling with joy. The traits of childishness are back. No longer do I need to say....If I were a child !...haha..Its back in me, I can feel the energy, joy, expression, committment, free-ness and natural-ness of a child ;) I can now relate better to my brother, parents, friends ,colleagues. Love was already in the air but I grabbed it just after the course. So, I am in love with almost everyone and everything on this earth. Made some great friends during the course: Paras g, who is a wonderful person and an Art of living teacher too!...and Saurabh and Gaurav are the gems I discovered during the course. These two guys are also from infy and before I met them at the course I had no idea that they belonged to the same department in my office :p Will let you know some interesting Saurabh Gaurav stories later. Another beautiful gal I met was Radhika, who can cook the most delicious meethe chawal I ever had! Then there was the ever cute Hrishi with great photogenic capabilities.

The world seems a One World family :):)..Vasudeva Katumbhakam !!

Go and do the next YES!+ now! :):)

Lots of love,

A PROMISE BY HIM....

If I had to promise you something, what would it be ?

I can't promise that you'd always be comfortable……
Because comfort brings boredom & discomfort.
I can't promise that all your desires will be fulfilled…
Because desires whether fulfilled or unfulfilled bring frustration.
I can't promise that there will always be good times…
Because it is the tough times that make us appreciate joy.
I can't promise that you will be rich or famous or powerful…..
Because they can all be a pathway to misery.
I can't promise that we will always be together…
Because it is separation that makes togetherness so wonderful.

Yet, if you are willing to walk with me,
If you are willing to value love over everything else
I promise that this will be the richest & most fulfilling life possible.
I promise your life will be an eternal celebration,
I promise I will cherish you more than a king cherishes his crown.
And I shall love you more than a mother loves her newborn.
If you are willing to walk into my arms,
If you are willing to live in my heart,
You will find the one you have waited for, forever…
You will meet yourself in my arms….
I promise….
